CA Foundation Course

Qualifying for the CA Foundation exam allows you to move towards your dream career in commerce.

  • It is the first step to becoming a Chartered Accountant.
  • ICAI conducts this exam twice a year (May and November).
  • Register before 31st December of the previous year for the May attempt.
  • Register before 30th June of the same year for the November attempt.
  • The CA Foundation examination consists of four papers.
  • Two papers are subjective and two are objective.
  • Negative marking is applicable in objective papers for incorrect answers.
  • A minimum of 40% marks in each paper is required to qualify.
  • The examination is conducted in offline mode only.
  • The exam is available in both English and Hindi.

CS - Company Secretary

  • Eligibility for ICWA Intermediate Course
    • Students must have successfully completed 10+2 from a recognized board in India.
    • Candidates must complete either the ICWA Foundation Course or a Graduation degree (except Fine Arts) from a recognized university.

    • Admission is based on examinations conducted by the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI).
    • Separate examinations are conducted for Foundation, Intermediate, and Final levels.
